I don't know why, but this book make little sense to me. Change of pace from the second one is confusing. And what's with new characters magically popping up to help at the most convenient moments? O.o

Are there any straight people in this series except for the three women and their husbands from Canis family? More peeps keep showing up and they are all gay.
