Finished ch. 17. I got so annoyed that I've gone ahead and dished out some rant in my review. Also, it's just sad when "good" people have to go get help from brutal murderers to hopefully stop this madness, though said murderers only became what they were when the unthinkable was done to their loved ones. The lines are blurred. Such a mess.

Finished ch. 23. Can't really summarize my thoughts but yeah... discrimination and bigotry are hideous and scary, yet people in the real world still do it, perhaps they should all read this trilogy, but then they'd need to be smart enough to understand metaphors?

Finished ch. 11. At this point, even if it was a ploy, I think the trust can't be recovered and I'm sad that no one can be trusted? It's annoying when the disgusting people still haven't been knocked down peg or two thousands since book 1. If this series does not end with at least one good person living, I'ma pout. lmao

Finished ch. 5. I'm not sure if there's some intended LGBTQA+ vibe, or if a certain someone would just act this way regardless of the recipient's gender? And yeah, the world view continues to display barbarity... I honestly would like to think people with powers (of any kind) wouldn't all be this cruel. (And that the nice people aren't just pretending to be nice.) Sad.
