Interesting look at how Apple became the company that we know of today, though the information only goes to 2013. Wonder if there's a new edition that's coming out soon?

That's the end of part 2, and wow, was Apple in deep trouble in the mid 1990's. Also, Independence Day spoilers in this chapter.

That Pixar chapter was riveting! Lots of good information. Though spoiler alert for Wall-E near the start of the chapter. The Ive chapter was sorta meh to me at least.

Seems like Jobs struggled with NeXT quite a bit. Though that was interesting how iPads and Siri was predicted back in the late 1980's and how the prediction was only a few weeks off.

Finally the end of part one. The development of the Mac was interesting, and we get to where Steve Jobs was driven out of Apple...at the ripe old age of 30. But man, some of it was super dense despite all of the great information in there.

That was an interesting part of the Apple story.

Seems like the early 80's were full of turmoil at apple.

The story of silicon valley has a lot of interesting characters...though there's a bunch of techy stuff that I'm not sure the average reader would understand.

Interesting little tidbits to start about how the 1960's culture influenced how computers turned from an antagonist for the elite to the way we view them as today. It's a bit dense in the prose though.
