In this book, the author creates tension by using a sense of urgency. Charlie, Dante, and Milana need to find Pandora before the Furies do, otherwise they’ll turn Pandora into the most destructive nuke ever. The author also uses revelations to build up tension. When John Russo turns out to be the leader of the Furies this created tension. It’ll show Russo wants to blow up countries and take away millions of lives.

One of the unsympathetic characters in the book is John Russo. He and the Furies are the antagonist of the story. He is trying to use pandora in order to sell it to one of the world’s leading countries. He also wants to kill refugees from other countries entering the prosperous countries because he feels that they are taking other people’s jobs. Thousands of people will lose their lives. Countries will be at war too.

The POV of this book is 3rd person omniscient. Charlie is the main character and we can hear her thoughts and feelings. Other characters we can also hear their feelings like Dante Garcia and Milana Moon. When Charlie almost died we could hear Dantes’ thoughts about how Charlie’s “death” was his fault.
