I studied 1984 for my "O" level English Lit in, you've guessed it, 1984. The highlight was my prim & proper English teacher reading out passages with the word "fuck" in them. Possibly the funniest thing in the world when you're 15.

lol ... it's one of those books I probably should have read a long time ago, it's one of the book clubs I go to's choice this month. I'm really loving it :)
