Jem (10) and Scout (5) meet Dill (6) in Miss Rachel Haverford's yard. They get to talking about plays, and Dill tells the all about Dracula. For the rest of the summer, the kids make reproductions of other famous dramas. Dill keeps wanting to go to the Radley Place, but Jem and Scout know better.
