"The Jilting of Granny Weatherall" by Katherine Anne Porter
This was a sad story and so scattered because of the mind of the dying Granny. Definitely made me slow down and recognize when she was actually speaking and when she was thinking she was speaking. Not a favorite of mine.

I'm definitely going to need to take notes in class tomorrow because that story seemed pointless and random to me. Hopefully my professor helps educate me on the meaning.

This was my 3rd time that I was assigned to read Young Goodman Brown and I honestly feel like I understand the story better now than I did as a teenager. Maybe I've just put more effort into interpreting the story this time. 🤷🏽♀️
