I’ve had a bad cold and not able to stay focused. I’m hoping to get back into it.

I’m past the first quarter which was a bit tough reading. I felt it was too close to home for me. Good reading though.

I like the way the Bible verses correspond with what is being talked about.

I’ve read other books and have completed workbooks in the past on Codependency. This has a Biblical tie that encourages you to read the passage. For me, it can be a distraction and it’s taking me longer to read for a number of reasons.

Dr’s Henry and John hit “triggers” in their writing for me that I need to process.

So far, I love this book and continue to read and digest.
