Trying to reread the Mistborn books and probably all of the Stormlight Archives because I crave Sanderson’s fantasy world

For the first time: *The Lord Ruler arrives*
Me:

I‘m so on edge and paranoid from expecting Inquisitors to show up at Kells hideout that I just ran across the house, waking up my mother, ready to fight because I heard some footsteps outside. I already saw myself throwing stones at our murders when my stepdad came through the front door, completely confused as to why I was screaming like crazy. He was the footsteps outside. He forgot his phone in the car. FML

I‘m probably annoying as hell with all those updates but I‘m just so in awe about how gorgeous this book is. You rarely see such phenomenal world building in a book that’s also exciting, humorous and the list goes on.

Spook is probably the best character yet. I don’t know if the English version wrote him as funny but I‘m in tears when he speaks. I love this guy so much.

I‘m having way too much fun. I‘m on holiday with my family and I barely talk to anyone. They’re telling me to stop all the time.

I‘m so grateful for GR! There are so many books I wouldn’t have discovered without this community. Just like this one. It’s everything I love about fantasy.

Can’t believe that I was not once bored or felt like something is explained for too long. I‘m already 300 pages in, nothing major happened yet. But it’s still super addicting and easy to read.
That’s rare.
(I do feel like there’s some humor missing tho. Something for the feels)

I don’t think I ever read a book with protagonists like this one. Kell and Vin are so different and it’s so refreshing!

Reminds me of a mixture of The Lies of Locke Lamora and Shades of Magic and I really like that so far as both of them are favorites of mine.
I feel a warm kinda feeling while reading; it’s addicting and I love the magic system!
Also Kell and Vin are absolutely precious. I love how Kell treats her - so adorable!
