Favorites- I love how creative Esme is. She used work like puzzles and time machine to teach math and history. She is also creative with the assignments she is given. If I was sin her class I would enjoy coming every day because she keeps everything very interesting. It seems like a fun class and she just wants her students to like learning.

I have read a good amount of this book and I am shocked. The things that Esme has to deal with are insane! She has a kid stab a substitute with a pencil, a student that took her baby sister to school because. The parents were absent and a double some kid that refuses to listen. It is so impressive how she deals with all these obstacles. She keeps pushing through like a good teacher though! S-Summary

I started this book because the one I read before as only 221 pages. I began this book because I want to be a teachers and this is a diary of a teachers first year. From the first couple pages I predict that Esmé will be getting in a lot of trouble with administration because she is very bold. P (prediction)
