Ichiro has returned after being gone for four years, two in camp and two in prison for becoming a "No- No Boy". He see's Eto a person he recognizes, everything is going good until he knows what his position in the war was. He gets humiliated and spit on. He continues walking and he gets called slurs such as "Jap" and "Tokyo' Boy". He gets home finally and sees his father and asks for his mom.
