Katniss has just got out of he arena living but she is not out of the woods. President Snow is mad and Katniss is worried about her family and friends. District 12 is destroyed. The setting is in District 13 an under ground city. That the capital has been hiding from everyone.

update two. katniss has agreed to be the mocking jay. symbol of rebellion for the districts being lead by 13. there trying to make advertisement/ video but working in the sound stage just didnt work. so they here in to battle to get live video and hopefully something they can lose. katniss getting captured would hurt the rebellion so they send her were they are all ready doing good and also send many body guards.
