Thankfully, it’s picked up considerably. Ripping along quite nicely now...

Not sure how I feel about this book. The lack of quotation marks for dialogue and no clear breaks between the characters as they speak to each other is a little off-putting to me. And for a book fairly plastered with quotes from reviewers saying "all adrenaline!" and "like stepping on to a moving train!" the action doesn't kick in hard until nearly half way into the book. We'll see if it finishes strong...
