I'll admit I haven't finished it yet, but I've enjoyed it's counsel on how we shouldn't lump all homosexuals together and that the nature vs. nurture debate is something we as a church should focus on less and instead spend more time focusing on sexual identity and religious identity. We need to be accepting of the individual and think through the message we speak into their lives. To think that spiritual maturity can come only through a change in orientation is wrong and what we can help with is their identity.
This is oversimplifying the authors points and I know he has more to say—I should revisit this book to get a better sense. I think you'd like it and find it informative.
Have you read any useful books on homosexuality and Christians?
