Life saver! Was trying to derive everything about angular momentum on my own, and it was becoming such a huge mess, especially because of the fact that I was constantly needing to change variables from the Cartesian definition of angular momentum operator, to its more symmetric spherical coordinates counterpart. But this one has complete derivations on its back (Appendix B)!
