The American's for prosperity event in the Wisconsin Dells was one of the more significant points in Herman Cain's pre-Presidential campaign for 2012. Needless to say, he did not make the nomination but I was there when he made that announcement! The event is recorded in this book on chapter 11 pg. 143.
