Horror elements in the beginning, right now they've finished interviewing some farmers. There are missing road-signs, and the victim in the beginning may have crashed because of this. Villain might be someone who vandalizes road-signs. Focuses a lot on PC culture in a neither annoying or enjoyable way, though I do imagine police officers have to focus on that quite a lot.
