A event that happened in my characters life is that she was kidnaped for a year before she escaped. She ex apes because she was taught how to fight and she is very strong. It affected her because she doesn't know how her family is going to react because they think she is dead. So because of that accident she has become stronger and mire aware of whats going on around her.

"For a moment she wondered whether they'd recognize her. Perhaps they'd be frightened to see her. Maybe she'd knock on the door and they'd lookat her as if she were a stranger and tell her to go away. The Pod Fighter ripped through the air, and she blinked away a tear and kept going." This shows that Ellie is a very strong person and doesn't let emotions get in he way of getting out.
