Not going to finish this one. It’s too cloak-and-dagger, too melodramatic. The narrator or protagonist of a dystopian novel should be a guide for the reader. This novel was too busy setting up mystery and “intrigue” to properly orient to the environment. The characters were either too pathetic or not realistic enough for me to care even a little about what was happening to them.
