A great read. A fabulous well crafted yarn about the foibles and laughs of growing up in a world so different from that in which you were born. It will open your eyes to the crash of two cultures, to the heart-wrenching despair of loving a people who do not have the same options or opportunities in life as you do, and yet the immense joy and honor of deepening intimacy and love with Kenya and her peoples. Better yet, it is true. I was there.
