A couple things:
(1) Gary Frank drawing pictures of woodcuts must be an inside joke. His art style looks just like traditional woodcuts! It's like reading a comic made of Albrecht Dürer prints.
(2) Since when does US currency have the serial number 0000001? That's just lazy, like when TV shows have 555 phone numbers. Just mix some random numbers!

(1) Foster-dad has a soul patch... seems sketchy to me.
(2) This couple has foster kids of at least four distinct races. Very Brangelina of them.
(3) Gary Frank is known for using celebrities as models for characters. Being British, it's no surprise that his billionaire Lucius Malfoy analogue looks the spitting image of Richard Branson.
