Recently this book came up in discussion, about how funny it os and how great the narration. I only have the ebook and so far not seeing the appeal of the story. The MC is rather annoying and childish. When he gets his PI intern permission slip thing he is jumping up and down like a child! Not an adult man who played hockey. Stereotype? Maybe. Shouldn't he be all cool and stoic and keep bis calm, be mature?
