I loved this so much. 4.8 I love Ty and Livvy and Irene. This was such a fun one and I really enjoyed learning about the fact they were tied. It was hella interesting. One thing that kinda set me off was Wilhelmina (?) it had the same effect as hearing Wrenesmee in Breaking Dawn to me, but at least we have Mina. Kit and Ty were also breaking my heart this entire chapter.

Alright, we're back to me not caring. 2.5 I could not seem to care about Tessa or Jem in this entire novella, maybe because I never really cared for them but I also wasn't worried about anything because I knew what was gonna happen, Kit's mom and dad were gonna die, Kit will live and so will Tessa and Jem. I didn't feel any of the stakes. To me, I didnt feel like I needed to know Kit's rescue from Jem's perspective.

5 stars That was so cute and amazing. I started legit tearing up when Alec and Jace were talking and when they mentioned the crew at the concert. I have to reread TMI soon. Max and Magnus were as always adorable and I love them so much. Lily is just so amazing and I hope to see her in TLH series. this was such an incredible novella and one of my favorites. Rafe was adorable and I would do anything for him. Send tweet

5 stars. Absolutely. I love coming back to the OG characters in this series more than anything and this was something I always wanted to see, I loved kid Alec, Jace and Izzy so much. Seeing that small Max and Jace interaction had me tearing up. I honestly didn't realize how much I missed these characters until I read them again for the first time in months.

3.8 Slightly better than the others and I love learning about the Circle. I thought that Stephen really did love Celine but apparently not lol. This one was good but the Jem part really lowered it for me, I again don't understand the whole lost Herondale situation but this was better and we are getting more into the future so I'm enjoying these better.

4.2 on this one, I sorta enjoyed the oldness of this one, I did enjoy the mentions of the war, but again I am confused by how the Herondale's worked and escaped and maybe that's me being stupid but. I also never really cared for Tessa and Jem that much (sue me) but I loved seeing Catrina and the mentions of Magnus, finding out more about Kit, but Roland can't be Kit's bio dad, right? I'm so confused.

1.6 this novella felt very unnecessary and boring, I found myself skipping paragraphs and rereading others when I shouldn't need to. The only reason I enjoyed this any was because of the last 3 pages with Jem and Will. While I didn't enjoy the first 2 TID books I will always love Jem and Will's friendship.

4.7 stars for this one, I can't give this one a 5 because again I found myself confused on who was related and what not, but I love Anna Lightwood with my whole heart and Ariadne is such a great character for the little time we saw her in. I loved these two adorable lesbians and could see from both sides their struggles.

Cast Long Shadows, 2.5. I can't give this a 3, and I am not feeling the old 1900's aspect, like with TID. I found myself confused with who the characters were in relation to each other, which only seems to happen in TID, and the flashbacks to them and their kids in the 1800s and 1900s.
