I decided to stop reading the book because, although “inspirational”, it doesn’t sound scientifically sound enough in many ways. I don’t doubt the possibilities of stem cell therapies but I just don’t feel this book is the right place to find a proper balanced snapshot of the current state of the scientific consensus (as opposed to anecdotes) on the topic.
As someone said: the plural of anecdote is not data.
