Poor research on Orthodox churches, Mrs. author. If you did any research, you would know that one of the main differences between Catholic and Orthodox churches is no one primarily sits. Everyone stands during services. There are benches in Orthodox churches, but my guess is they are for older people or whatever, but everyone stands. This is what always surprised me about Catholic churches, the fact everyone sits.

I didn't think I would pick this up either.XDDD I saw it at my local library in English and I was surprised because there is not a big selection of English books to begin with so I ended up picking it up out of curiosity.
I expected something like Vampire Diaries or Twilight so I was very vary, especially since it's a school setting and I overall hate that.XD
But surprisingly, it didn't turn out to be as bad as I expected. The idea is really interesting although the execution is everything you would expect out of a YA. This is obv not Anne Rice and it for sure is a series like the "new generation of vampires", but I personally find it most bearable out of all the cheesy ones that came out in the last 15 years. Lol
I'll say, if you were thinking about picking it up, go for it! It's not half bad and nice junk for the brain lol.
I was thinking at some point to try it as well, didn't think I'd see it on your reading list. How is it? Worth the time?
