Three things:
(1) There’s a new villain named Erin McKillen. I mean, really? Was Bonnie McMurder taken?
(2) Visually, this story looks a lot like "The Long Halloween." Patrick Gleason's altered his style and is clearly imitating Tim Sale. I actually prefer this to his regular art.
(3) I'm not sure I like this new Two-Face origin. Needless retcon.

Three things:
(1) Patrick Gleason doing a Tim Sale impression is far superior to Patrick Gleason just being Patrick Gleason.
(2) I was promised Carrie Kelley in this but was sold a bill of goods! The book blurb must have been an early draft.
(3) The big death scene at the end of the arc would've had real impact, had I not known it doesn't matter.

Thoughts:
(1) Without Robin, this series has pretty much become a "Brave and the Bold" style team-up book. I'm down for that.
(2) I can't say I've read too many Two-Face stories. He was the main villain in "Nightwing: The Great Leap" and had a minor role in "Battle for the Cowl," but other than those two he's not been featured in books I've read.
