Preface gives a clear idea of how the book is set up and what it's supposed to be. It is the story and experience of a mom and son navigating depression and anxiety together with the end goal/continuing journey of healing and growing together. I have read several promising reviews describing multigenerational relationships and their complexities. I am really looking forward to diving in!
