Slow progress, but the rhythms and cadences still help propel me along.

Not sure what to make of this. Like the rhythms and cadences of the voices within, reminding me of prose style in last read Milkman, but story wise I’m not necessarily following. Will try and stick with, knowing I’ve a long queue of books behind!
