Jayson is on page 39 of 224

A couple thoughts:
(1) The events of "Justice League International" are mentioned. I'm glad I read that already, otherwise I'd be compelled to read it as soon as possible to get the full context, as is my wont.
(2) Catwoman feels sympathy for Steve Trevor, as they've both been spurned by one of the big three. This has rom-com written all over it.

Thoughts:
(1) As a Nightwing fan, it pains me to see Blockbuster reduced to an oafish henchman.
(2) Catwoman likes to keep the front zipper of her catsuit pulled all the way down, revealing a lot of skin. I used to be critical of that, but then I thought, it's probably really hot under skin-tight leather, and she probably needs frequent venting.

Thoughts:
(1) The problem with the Justice League of America is that no one really wants to be on it. It's either a consolation prize for the not making the Justice League or the result of some blackmail or negotiation.
(2) The way Catwoman's dressed she's just asking for a wardrobe malfunction.
(3) Stargirl has braces and a teddy bear. Adorable.

Thoughts:
(1) Geoff Johns' take on Scarecrow is he's a fear junkie. Meaning, he baits Batman into chasing him as to scare himself high. *shrug*
(2) Katana's the consummate team player: ex-Birds of Prey, currently the JLA and future Suicide Squad.
(3) I just passed over 1,800 friends! Thanks for being a book buddy with me here in Goodreads land :)

Jayson is starting

Even though it stunk, I'm sort of glad I read "Justice League International". Assuming it was planned from the start, "Trinity War" was meant to be a crossover between the three Justice League books. JLI being cancelled meant JLA had to be slapped together to fill the void. So I have context now into what they thought would work this time around.
