I didn't think much of this book during the first few chapters, but since then it has quickly grown on me without me knowing exactly what it is that is keeping me so hooked.
Classic spooky tunnels, darkness and rats. Mixed with, at this point, seemingly 'lovecraft-ian' mind tricks, unworldly beings- invisible to the human eye and hints of prophecy and a path predetermined by unknown means.
We'll see how it ends!
