Fascinating to see Marcus Aurelius' writing in LATIN (since his "Meditations" are in Greek), and informally at that. Also, interesting to see the political fortunes of the time of the Five Good Emperors - thoughts on Hadrian, Antoninus Pius, and Marcus himself (so far in his status as "crown prince," so to speak) . . .
