Great read so far with a budding romance, crime, secrets, bad cops, etc. The one issue I’ve had throughout the entire story is one piece of evidence that is SO CLEAR but it has taken until two chapters left in the novel for the main character to realize! Was the author’s intention for us to suspect this info or was the audience not given enough credit?
