John gets injured and was then taken off duty. He was then sent to an institute because he was going crazy from his injury and sickness. John eventually heals with the help of a women named Mary. John then goes back to his home to visit his sister. He finds out his commander is staying at his house and his sister is smitten over him. He later finds out his commander is a vampire and kidnaps his sister for a ritual.

Nineteen-year-old John Shaw joined World War 1. He joins as a lieutenant and find his commanding officer, Quincey Harker, incredible. John admires Harker's courage, but all that starts to fall apart once he saw his commanding officer doing something to his enemies men that made him think that they are working for a madman. I predict that John will be more aware of Harker's actions and watch him closely.
