I haven't finished the book, I lent it to my sister before I got the chance. But it's an incredible book and I believe anybody can benefit from reading it. Jack Kornfield does any amazing job at detailing and explaining the Buddhist concept in a way that anybody at any stage in life can relate to. One of my favorite books.
