This is definitely a slow read, but I think it's going to be one of those books that I read more slowly towards the end not because I'm bored of it, but because I don't want it to end.

Very appreciative of the fact that the author decided to move the story back a decade so the reader can experience the horror leading up to and during the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings.
