Joe It’s very well researched with lots of references. In many ways, there isn’t much new yet (women are underrepresented in security; paid less; have different traits than men), but it collects all the references in one place and offers solutions to the issues. I also think it’s important to support books and writers like this. Whatever your reason, I encourage you to buy it and read it.
