(Still finding a new book to read) In the Vampire Diaries the main character is Elena. She is strong minded but self centered. I think that she has a little bit of selfishness so it creates a problem. She has a hint of evil that wants to be an evil vampire like Damon, so she will be fighting that part of her.

My book takes place in England during World War 2. The scene that just took place was at the police station. After Ada thinks she saw a spy, she tells the policeman. Coincidentally, he was across the street but the policeman doesn’t believe Ada. He changes his mind when she points out that his pants are wet and covered with sand. This proved that he came out of his boat and no one is allowed on the beach.

Ada is a very interesting person. I have a few questions for her:
1. Do you miss your mom? (Maybe a little bit?)
2. What do you think school would be like for you?
3. Are you hapoy Susan took you to the doctor, Dr. Graham?

I think my audience for this book is for 11-13 yearolds. I think it’s for this audience because it has a few things that anybody younger wouldn’t understand. Such as Ada’s mean mother and war.

The conflict in The War that Saved my Life is character vs. self. I am currently rereading this book because I read it a few years ago. I don’t remember much, but I know that she has a crippled foot. This is character vs. self because from what I remember, it’s her trying to not let her foot stop her from doing things others can.
