I love Mary Higgins Clark. I’ve been reading her for years. This book was just okay. Great plot, but there was way too much internal dialogue. The internal dialogue was cheesy to boot. Very predictable and a somewhat blah ending. The book was entertaining and kept me interested, but I wouldn’t recommend. MHC has way better books out there.
