I predict that Judge Taylor will say that Tom Robinson is not guilty. I think this will happen becuase of Atticus’s speech. He said there is no evidence that Tom is guilty, there is evidence that Mayella broke the code (kissing Tom) and Bob Ewell beat her because of that.This speech could persuade anyone that Tom Robinson is innocent. The clue of this is Judge Taylor taking a while and Jem saying Tom will win.
