I think that in To Kill a Mockingbird, Jem and Scout are going to disobey Aunt Alexandra’s policies and prove her wrong about the Cunningham’s. Jem and Scout say that even though they have many differences, they are still similar to the Cunningham’s. So, the kids are very mad when Aunt Alexandra calls Walter trash. I think that this anger inside Scout and Jem will encourage them to disobey Aunt Alexandra.
