finished #3, can't believe how many college boys told me this was the most subtle and complex book they ever read when it's subtle as a brick to the face. Completely unsurprising that going so far with grit and toxic masculinity was met with the equivalent of YEAH ISN'T TYLER DURDEN GREAT? Not sure if that's the real bummer, or the current frightening parallel to nuclear doomsday.
