During a rainy week in Bahaí Anasco, Roberta was working at a clinic and she had a very eerie visit from "workers" from an island about an hour away. They brought a man who looked rather young and had slash marks on his body to which the workers who brought him said it was a mechanical accident. Roberta could tell it was no machine that mad those slashes but an animal. The dying man kept saying "raptor".

Dr. Stone after examining the "lizard" Alice, a technician, walked in and also got to see the lizard. She was quick to point out that it was a dinosaur. Dr. Stone didn't believe so but Alice insisted it was a dinosaur and that they should take it to a museum. Dr. Stone wasn't buying it but Alice felt that he was too scared to.

After the little girl was bitten, Dr. Guitierrez was looking for similar cases that related to her bite so he could treat the wound but this was a new species they were talking about so he didn't find anything. He did, however, find people who have reported getting bitten by this new species. He decided to hunt for the lizard himself and send it to a doctor in Colubia.

Mike Bowman and his wife and daughter were on a beach off the west of Costa Rica. Their daughter ended up walking further than were her parents could see her and she found this really big "lizard". It was the size of a chicken and walked on its hind legs like one. She ended up startling the lizard and in return, it bit her.
