So far in enjoying it just as much as Draykon. I've spent far too much time engrossed in this book when I should be asleep, but it holds me in a firm grip. The pacing is exquisite, and the plot is extremely interesting. I love how there are little hints throughout the book that lead the reader toward an idea, but leave it vague enough that you never know if your guesses will prove to be correct or not.

I’m starting to get a sci-fi or steampunk vibe from Lokant, with mentions of technology with futuristic-sounding names. This intrigues me, as sci-fi and fantasy are my two favorite genres so I have to wonder: is Draykon supposed to be set long ago in our world, or in the far future, or is it a different world entirely? I am once again unable to put it down until it’s too late and I should have been asleep hours ago.

Draykon focused heavily on Llandry Sanfaer. In contrast, I really enjoy how Lokant is more focused on Eva Glostrum. While both books contain many sub-plots and frequent perspective changes (every chapter is told from a different point of view), the overarching theme of each book is focused more on one character or another in a similar style as the Lunar Chronicles.
