YESSS! Thank you Sarene for admitting how STUPID you were! Now I can like you again. Hrathen's plotline was a bit of a let down, I was actually expecting to see he and Raoden interacting more in Elantris. But the Sarene "being taken by the Reod" was a big, interesting surprise!

Ohohohoho! Hrathen just became the most interesting POV! And Sarene just partially redeemed herself, I'm still frustrated with her

Ohhhh god Sarene!!! I actually liked you! Why are you so stupid?! I really hate it when one character thinks of themselves so highly and is convinced that they have it all figured it out, but they are miles away from the reality. If she doesn't smash her head against the wall at her own stupidity at one point, i m gonna hate her forever

So far I really liked Sarene, but it annoys me a lot that she tries to cheat Raoden with the goods&stuff she delivers in Elantrins. I know this is a small thing but I just wanna slap her cause I imagine her being so proud of herself that she was "smarter" than the 'despots' in the city, but she doesn't have a clue how stupid her actions have been lately. Raoden's storyline is captivating at this point!

This part of the book is so political and has such Misborn heist vibes, that one cannot help but notice Elantris's influence on The final empire. I know Elantris was the first published book, but I don't remember which one was written first. It's interesting to see how much Brandon's writing has changed from a more political setting to a more action driven one in the SA.

I am absolutely loving this so far! I think i might end up loving it more than the Mistborn og trilogy, which is a bold statement! I am reading it really slow because i'm highlighting every bit of random information that might be connected to the Cosmere. The talk about tge paintings makes me wanna re read Warbreaker NOW!!
