I think this book would be a tragedy because the main character, Maddy, is sick and has suffered her whole life. Although, she doesn’t deserve it she suffers from a sickness of being allergic to the outside. I haven’t finished it yet so I don’t know if she dies, but either way this book is a tragedy.

I connect with the main character, Maddy, and her mom. Maddy and her mom have a super close bond and like me and my mom. I tell my mom everything and I spend as much time as I can with her, and so does Maddy. For example, Maddy has movie nights with her mom all the time. The author states “After I lose, we go the couch and watch our favorite movie.” I relate to the close relationship between Maddy and her mom.
