Even though I do like the characters, this story has the most boring sex scenes ever.

The Stockholm Syndrome is strong in this romance.

'What did Anyar like, dislike? What were his thoughts and dreams? The prince’s curiosity on the matter was unlike him in every respect. Slaves were slaves. Who cared what they thought or wanted or wished? It was of no importance.'

This is gonna be a Master/Slave story. Okay...

This is fascinating.

Boy, I'm not used to the quick POV switches from one sentence to the next.

I'm not sure if this fantasy story is actually about angels or other winged humans, but I love the character-driven story and the natural world-building.
