Very excited to explore hymns as a devotional each day this year! Some are old favorites and I sing from happy memory without accompaniment. Others I have no knowledge of and get to explore the internet to hear them unfold. Music does so much for us, often has so much to teach... today I was impatient at the "dragging" of Lead, Kindly Light (Newman) when I realized the beautiful slowness was perfect for the sentiment
