This second chapter has cut me to the heart. Brené writes with a style that is part speaker, part storyteller, and part researcher. The transitions and stories have kept me engaged, while the research and conclusions have cut me to the heart with their clarity and truth. Great read thus far, and I look forward to reading about “gremlin ninja warrior training” in Chapter 3.
