After reading my own review I find myself not wanting to read this. Not even on audio and I like the narrator... I think it is a DNF for now.

Wait, what? That's such a weird spot to lose anything for the first time. How did that happen? I can't imagine how that happened.

A) this story has massive pacing issues and I'm the kind of person who normally doesn't care about that.
B) can somebody please shoot Pietro? Potverjandikkie is everyone in that family a massive douche?

I don't get why Angel want it to work with Marcus. They don't know each other long and he's been a shithead. What are the stakes here? I don't get the feeling she likes him very much, much less love. Gah if it wasn't for that plotline this story would be so much more enjoyable.

Echt hoor. Look at what his character does to me. English is not my native language but cursing in English is. And now I'm cursing in my native language. He sucks. And not in the good way. Seriously can somebody dropkick him out of an airlock?

You go Angel! Call him out. Let him know your boundaries. For someone who went to college he's totally failing 'How to communicate 101'. I really like Angel as a character but damn I wish authors wouldn't try to throw their characters into relationships because 'love'.

Based on just a few sentences I'm shipping Angel with Sofia. Sofia seems to actually want to know Angel. She's right to wonder if Marcus is good enough for Angel. The answer is no. No he's totally not.

Marcus is such an idiot. Seriously the best thing about having a relationship is that you have each others back. To be a shield, sword or home for your love(s) if they need that. Marcus is a dickhead who doesn't share and or ask anything and doesn't defend Angel. And if she doesn't know something doesn't take the time to explain.

Fuck off Marcus.

MARCUS IS SUCH A DICK. I wasn't a fan of the romance in the first book and this just validated my feeling. Seriously who does this? ''Here, meet one of my family members... SURPRISE BEE-ATCH. Also don't be uptight, dear.'' Angel shows and tell him her feelings so that's kewl. But still. Not a fan of the romance. At all.
