I think that Mrs. Wellington's archetype is the villain. I think this because she's really hard on the students. She makes the kids do weird stuff that doesn't really make sense and she's very mysterious.

This book is character driven. This is because all 4 main characters, Madeleine, Theo, Lulu, and Garrison go to the school of fear to get over their phobias. They grow a lot and are trying to get over their fears to escape the school. All the characters help each other.
